Never walking alone

Praying for your homeschool is a great tool to use not only for guidence, but for a closer relationship with the lord.. I for one know that when I made the decision to homeschool, I felt that it was more of a calling than a forced decision, so I prayed about it constantly. Making sure that this was what's best for our family.

Its amazing the clarity that can be reached with the understanding that his guidence can take all of your fear, anxieties and doubts away, and turn them into this fire of motivation.

So here are some ways that I will continue to lean on him throughout our amazing homeschool journey! Whether it be guidence, patience,understanding or just the ability to persevere on those hard days, when nothing seems to be going my way.

(Because lets face it, I have a lot of those 🤣)...For, I know I am never walking alone.

1. By spending time with him each day as I help prepare my heart for whatever the day may have in store for me......Coffee helps with this one!☕

2. To help me guide my children to build a closer relationship with him.

3. To help me remember that although academic accomplishments are important, spending time with my children as we grow and learn together, is what its all about.......the silly, crazy and spontaneous days when someone got glue in there hair, or painted the carpet pink are some that I will probably remember the most 10 years from now.🖌

4. To help me have more patience and a softer heart when it comes to my children......again coffee helps here (notice a pattern?)☕

5. To remind me of my vision and not be distracted by only academics.

6. That I will affirm more than I correct

7.To help me make our school journey fun for all of us, even on the challenging days.....let's hope their aren't as many challenging days as their are fun ones🤞

8. As I bring Bible teaching back into the classroom.

9.To help me when things get tough, so that I continue to have perseverance, because I know this is what I'm called to do.

10. To help me develop an even closer relationship with my children.....remembering the bathroom is my secret hideout should I need it!🤫

I encourage you to make a commitment to pray daily for your homeschool, and let God fill you with all his amazing wisdom!
