Festivities

Happy Monday y'all,

So, can we believe that Halloween is right around the corner? Ever since March when schools and the world basically shut down, time seems to be moving in slow motion yet flying by. If that even makes sense.

With that being said, who is going trick or treating and who is not?

I have decided that we won't be going out this year however some of the girls cousins and family are getting together for a little Halloween party. It give she kids a chance for some much needed Halloween fun in a more controlled setting.

What do your kiddos want to be this year? My girls are debating between Colonial girls like those seen at Colonial Williamsburg or an anesthesiologist and cat.

Isn't it crazy how much has changed in the last 7 or 8 months? We have had birthday car parades at our house, our American Heritage girls meetings outside, canceling basketball season, schools are all remote (granted we homeschool). Now we have to think about what Halloween, Thanksgiving and even Christmas will look like.

Sure, people are starting to ease up on their daily activities. But there is still that unknown that leaves worry in the back of our minds.

Do you and your family have big plans for the upcoming holidays and celebrations?

Regardless of what way we spend the coming days. Don't forget to focus on the good, to try and remember how truly blessed you are even in the midst of all thats going on in the world.

I hope you have a blessed Monday y'all♡
